Who we are

Our offices are located in southwestern Maine with good access
to Maine and New Hampshire. Our staff consists of investigators
with fire and explosion origin and cause expertise and extensive
fire service and law enforcement backgrounds. Our field
investigators are all IAAI-Certified Fire Investigators (CFI)
NAFI-Certified Fire & Explosion Investigators (CFEI) and
NFPA 1033 qualified. All field staff are licensed as private
investigators and well qualified to provide expert analysis,
reporting and testimony. Curriculum Vitaes are available
by request.

Origin and Cause investigations are conducted consistent with
the most current NFPA 921 guidelines. Several of our field
investigators are NFPA-Certified Fire Inspectors and are well
qualified to identify and to testify regarding State and Local
fire code issues. We believe in quick response, personalized
service and open lines of communication to provide
up-to-the-minute details and progress reports which enable
our clients to make timeley informed decisions for disposition
of property or liability claims or pursuit of subrogation.
